CVBiographie
Marie-Léandre Gomez est professeur associée, département Comptabilité-Contrôle de gestion de l'ESSEC. Ses recherches portent sur les dynamiques d'apprentissage organisationnel et de coordination au cours des activités professionnelles. Depuis 2019, son principal projet de recherche porte sur la coordination des équipes médicales en situation de crise. Elle coordonne COMEXT (ANR 2020) alliant l'ESSEC aux hôpitaux de Sorbonne Université et à la chaire de geopolitique du risque de l'ENS.
Marie-Léandre Gomez enseigne dans les programmes Grande Ecole / Ms in Management, des programmes de formation permanente et le PhD. Elle coordonne le cours fondamental de contrôle de gestion (CPTG31 148) dans le MiM, ainsi que le programme Expérience Projet Conseil (pre-master; 1ere année ESSEC). Elle est directrice académique de plusieurs programmes de formation permanente destinés à des médecins chefs de service ou cadres expérimentés.
Depuis 2019, elle représente les professeurs chercheurs au conseil de surveillance de l'ESSEC. Elle est également élue au conseil d'administration d'ESSEC alumni et vice-Présidente en charge des relations avec l'école.
