"fr" => "Cette recherche analyse les dynamiques de connaissances organisationnelles au cours de pratique de pilotage et de contrôle. Elle s’appuie sur la dynamique pratique-champ-habitus (Bourdieu, 1980) pour définir la relation de la connaissance à la pratique : la connaissance est action, elle est en permanence créée, utilisée et reconstruite pour et par la pratique, A partir de cette perspective et d’une étude qualitative en profondeur (durant 22 mois d’observation et comprenant des entretiens avec 51 personnes), cet article propose une typologie des dynamiques de connaissances au cours des pratiques de planification : cerner le champ, assigner de la valeur à la pratique, développer des dispositions, construire des relations causales sur l’action. "en" => "Based on Bourdieu’s practice-habitus-field, this research postulates that knowledge is permanently created, used or reconstructed in and for practice. This may help to overpass the contradictions faced by research on learning and knowledge: the link between individual and collective knowledge and learning, between tacit and explicit knowledge, practical and cognitive dimensions of knowledge. From this framework and through an empirical case study (based on a 22-month observation, with interviews of 51 persons, observations of meetings and analysis of written documents) this research proposes a typology of the knowledge dynamics involved in management control practices: mapping the field, assigning value to practice, developing dispositions and building causal relationship on action.
