"fr" => "L'émergence de l'organisation par projets soulève un certain nombre de questions touchant la gestion des ressources humaines. Ces questions ont trait à la valorisation de l'expérience-projet, à la logique qui préside à la constitution des équipes-projets et plus largement aux modalités de gestion de carrières du personnel associé aux projets. "fr" => "Dans un contexte d'évolution de l'environnement concurrentiel des entreprises, il devient crucial de maîtriser les apprentissages réalisés au cours des projets de développement de nouveaux produits. Ce qui conduit les entreprises à rechercher un équilibre délicat entre la nécessité de réduire la durée de développement de nouveaux produits et celle de laisser le temps aux acteurs de ces projets de développer des apprentissages collectifs. L'auteur s'interroge sur l'impact précis des caractéristiques temporelles des projets de développement de nouveaux produits conditionnant l'apprentissage organisationnel. "fr" => "Né de l’utopie contestataire, le logiciel Open Source est aujourd’hui un secteur d’activité à part entière composé d’acteurs au modèle économique particulier évoluant sur le marché mondial du logiciel en face des grands acteurs du logiciel propriétaire (Microsoft,…). Cette étude de cas décrit la dynamique de ce secteur et les changements qui se sont produits sur le marché du logiciel bousculé depuis quelques années par la vague du logiciel Open Source. Ce mouvement original et libertaire, dont le principe est que le code source soit est ouvert et accessible à tous, s’oppose aux logiciels propriétaires en proposant un autre modèle économique autour d’un écosystème particulier. Aujourd’hui, après quelques années de défiance, force est de constater qu’un grand nombre d’entreprises clientes se laissent séduire par l’Open Source. Pour autant, la riposte des grands éditeurs propriétaires, les modèles économiques différents, les besoins d’innovations permanentes, l’évolution du droit de la propriété intellectuelle et la crise économique actuelle… semblent rendre encore l’avenir des logiciels Open Source incertain.

"fr" => "CD-Rom L'émergence de l'organisation par projets et la remise en cause de l'organisation structure de l'entreprise fondée sur des centres de compétences qui en découle nécessitent une nouvelle définition du savoir organisationnel. Explorant les différentes définitions existantes du savoir organisationnel, cet article propose une typologie des différentes formes de ce savoir comprises dans le concept d'Organizational Knowledge Cube et tenant compte la dimension horizontale et orientée vers l'action : les projets menés par l'entreprise. Au travers de la lente mais profonde transformation qu'a connu l'Opéra de Paris au cours des vingt dernières années, la seconde partie de l'article propose une vue dynamique du processus de développement de la compétence projet accompagnant la mise en place d'une organisation par projets dans l'entreprise.

Exploring existing definitions of knowledge, this article proposes a typology of the various forms of organizational knowledge encompassed in the concept of Organizational Knowledge Cube and taking into account the horizontal and action oriented dimension of the company structure: the projects. Ces organisations déploient leur activité principalement au travers des projets qu¿elles lancent. Mais les pratiques normatives et les outils classiques de la gestion de projet ne semblent pas être couramment employés par ces organisations. Et la recherche académique sur le management de projet dans les organisations à but non-lucratif demeure à ce jour encore faiblement développée.
