"fr" => "CD-Rom Cette recherche vise à mettre en lumière le lien entre, d'une part, le niveau relatif de slack organisationnel dont sont dotées les organisations et, d'autre part, la capacité de ces organisations à innover tant dans le domaine technologique que dans le domaine organisationnel. Au travers d'une étude empirique portant sur 203 hôpitaux français sur la période 1989-1997, cette recherche établit un lien, premièrement, entre le slack organisationnel et l'innovativité, deuxièmement entre la nature du slack et l'innovativité, et enfin, entre le slack organisationnel et le type d'innovation mis en place par les hôpitaux. "en" => "This research aims to highlight the link between, on the one hand, the relative level of organizational slack endowed by the organizations and, on the other hand, the capability of these organizations to innovate as well in the technological field as organisational.
