"fr" => "La notion d'implication est ambigue et relève de plusieurs niveaux de sens. A partir du questionnaire d'implication dans l'entreprise proposé par Porter, Steers, Mowday et Boulion (1974) une analyse des deux facteurs constitutifs de l'échelle (identification à l'entreprise et sens du professionnalisme) est présentée. Des relations sont étab lies entre les positions des individus sur ces facteurs, leurs caractéristiques professionnelles, leur attitude vis-à-vis du travail et leur attitude vis-à-vis de la politique commerciale de leur entreprise. La question est posée du rapport existant entre implication et adhésion aux politiques d'entreprises. La recherche a été conduite auprès de 200 vendeurs d'une entreprise publique française du secteur des services."

"fr" => "Les programmes de GRH offerts dans les universités et les écoles de gestion françaises offrent une très grande diversité. Les influences de la personnalité de l'enseignement, du contexte institutionnel où s'inscrit le programme et des pressions du marché sont analysées. Il apparaît qu'un recours plus large aux référentiels théoriques et aux concepts permet de protéger les programmes contre ces influences externes."
