Alentina Vardanyan is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at ESSEC. Professor Alentina Vardanyan's research focuses on AI and creativity at work. It explores how and why people collaborate and co-create with AI, as well as the psychological mechanisms that influence these choices, and their impact on employee creativity and innovation.
