Biography
Frank Chan is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the ESSEC Business School. His research interests include electronic government and technology implementation. His work has appeared in various IS and business journals including MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Journal of Operations Management, and Journal of Business Ethics.
