"fr" => "L'objet de cet article est la présentation d'un modèle de comportement d'un utilisateur sur un réseau d'ordinateurs. Ce modèle est utilisé pour la détection avancée de malveillances sur un réseau. Le système, appelé DAMaR (Détection Avancée de Malveillances sur un Réseau), étudie le comportement ou profil habituel de l'utilisateur défini notamment par des composantes quantitatives (temps CPU, nombre moyen d'erreurs de connexion, nombre moyen d'utilisations des primitives du système et des logiciels, nombre d'accès en lecture/écriture à chaque base de données, etc.) et des composantes qualitatives (jour et heure habituels de connexion, poste de travail, etc.). Un changement de comportement peut dans certains cas traduire une intention de malveillance. Dès qu'un profil subit des modifications sensibles, une enquête est déclenchée. Ce profil n'est pas déterminé a priori, mais il se crée à l'issue d'une période d'apprentissage et d'observation des utilisateurs. Pour éviter de saturer le réseau, les utilisateurs sont répartis dans différentes classes de risque. Au départ, tous les individus sont dans la même classe. Au fur et à mesure des variations de leur comportement, les individus changent de classe. Le passage d'une classe à l'autre se fait soit de façon automatique soit par l'administrateur sur la suggestion de l'automate. Ce système, fonctionnant suivant un mode centralisé, a été expérimenté avec succès sur un réseau UNIX. Il a mis en évidence la dynamique du modèle en matérialisant les changements de classes des utilisateurs."

This system, called DAMaR (a French acronym for Advanced Dectection of Malevolences in a Computer Network), analyzes users behavior characterized by quantitative components such as CPU time, average number of erroneous connections, average number of system and software primitives usage, etc. and qualitative components such as day and time of regular connections, workstation number, etc. Any change in the behavior may be interpreted as a malevolent intention. Whenever user profile changes in a significant manner, an enquiry is triggered. The profile is not predefined but initialized during a learning period where the system observes users. To avoid network saturation, users are assigned to risk classes. At the beginning, all the users are located in the same class. Users behavior variations induce class changes. The system has been implemented on a UNIX network on a centralized mode. It allowed us to illustrate the dynamics of the model by exhibiting user class changes."

La première enquête a été menée au printemps 1997 et la seconde au printemps 1998. Cette enquête est fondée à la fois sur l'étude directe des sites WEB et sur un questionnaire. L'étude des entreprises ayant déjà une vitrine et/une boutique électronique nous permet d'en tirer quelques conclusions générales. Nous montrons en particulier que les objectifs principaux des entreprises ayant opté pour le commerce électronique sont : - la facilité d'accès de la clientèle aux produits français, vingt quatre heures sur vingt quatre, - l'élargissement de la clientèle française. Les entreprises estiment que ces objectifs sont en général atteints bien qu'ils ne soient pas quantifiés. Nous concluons que les entreprises françaises commerçant sur Internet sont divisées en trois groupes selon leurs précédentes expériences sur Minitel."

"fr" => "Les exemples connus de reconfiguration de processus portent principalement sur des processus inter-organisationnels. L'approche présentée dans cet article généralise la réingénierie à des processus inter-organisationnels. De ce fait, elle permet d'intégrer les processus externes à l'organisation concernée ainsi que leur interaction avec les processus internes. Pour obtenir un tel résultat, nous faisons appel aux concepts de l'approche systémique ainsi qu'à des outils de modélisation des systèmes d'information. L'approche systémique nous permet d'identifier notamment les frontières du processus à reconfigurer. Le positionnement de ces frontières nous amène à inclure ou à exclure des parties du processus externe à l'organisation concernée. La contribution des systèmes d'information réside dans la modélisation conceptuelle du processus. Fondée sur des outils de "workflow", notre approche permet de modéliser les différentes tâches du processus inter-organisationnel à reconfigurer. Cette démarche est illustrée à l'aide d'un cas réel relatif à plusieurs organisations reliées entre elles par un processus global."
"en" => "The famous cases of business process reengineering mainly consist of processes occuring inside organizations. This paper describes a step forward in the reengineering of inter-organizational processes. Our approach borrows from systemic concepts and information system modeling tools. Systemic concepts enable us to identify the limits of the process. The definition of such borders allows us either to include or to exclude parts of the process. The contribution of information systems lies mainly in the conceptual design of processes. Using workflow concepts, we propose a modelling of the process in terms of component tasks. The approach is illustrated via a real case study concerning several organizations linked together by a global process."

"fr" => "L'objectif de cet article est de présenter un modèle économétrique d'estimation de l'effort requis pour un nouveau projet informatique. Ce modèle prédictif utilise une approche ascendante. Il est fondé sur sept équations linéaires propres à chaque étape du cycle de vie du projet. Nous décrivons en quoi le modèle présenté dans cet article conduit à une estimation réaliste de la charge des projets. Les points de fonctions et notre modèle donnent des résultats similaires avec une marge d'erreur inférieure pour ce dernier."
"en" => "The aim of this paper is to present software estimation models using a bottom-up approach. We show that the ex-post models presented in this paper lead to a realistic effort estimation. These seven models rely on a linear regression based only on one or two independent variables. During the validation process, we have shown that our model and Function Point Analysis (FPA) give similar results, whereas the COCOMO model does not apply to this technical environment."

Les objectifs principaux visés par les étudiants sont l'acquisition d'une compétence informatique, puis la réalisation de travaux autres que les rapports et courrier et enfin le traitement de texte."

"fr" => "Cette communication présente les résultats d'une enquête, menée au printemps 1997, sur les entreprises françaises qui commercent à l'aide d'Internet. Cette enquête est fondée à la fois sur l'étude directe des sites WEB et sur un questionnaire. L'étude des entreprises ayant déjà une vitrine et/une boutique électronique nous permet d'en tirer quelques conclusions générales. Nous montrons en particulier que les objectifs principaux des entreprises ayant opté pour le commerce électronique sont : - l'élargissement de la clientèle, spécialement à l'étranger, avec un investissement minimal, - la diffusion plus large d'une information plus riche pour les produits et/ou services de l'entreprise. Les entreprises estiment que ces objectifs sont en général atteints bien qu'ils ne soient pas quantifiés. Etant donné la croissance de ce marché, l'article conclut sur l'utilité de réitérer cette enquête dans les mois qui viennent pour suivre les évolutions de ce marché et en détecter les invariants."
"en" => "This paper presents the results of a survey of French firms performing electronic commerce through Internet. This survey was conducted during spring 1997. It was based both on a direct study of the WEB sites and on a questionnaire. The study of the firms which already have a display and/or an electronic store leads us to some general conclusions. We show in particular that the main objectives for the firms which have chosen electronic commerce are mainly : (1) increasing the number of customers, especially abroad, with a minimal investment, (2) providing a wider circulation of a richer information for the products and/or services of the firm. The firms estimate that these objectives are usually reached even if they are not quantified. Considering this growing market, the article draws the conclusion upon the interest of repeating this survey during the following months in order to keep up with the evolutions of this market. and detect its invariants."

La différence de productivité est frappante, projet pilote : 92,4 points de fonction par personne/mois et projet principal : 48,4 points par personne/mois."

"fr" => "Cette communication présente les résultats de deux enquêtes exploratoires sur les entreprises françaises qui commercent à l'aide d'Internet. La première enquête a été menée au printemps 1997 et la seconde au printemps 1998. Cette enquête est fondée à la fois sur l'étude directe des sites WEB et sur un questionnaire. L'étude des entreprises ayant déjà une vitrine et/une boutique électronique nous permet d'en tirer quelques conclusions générales. Nous montrons en particulier que les objectifs principaux des entreprises ayant opté pour le commerce électronique sont : - la facilité d'accès de la clientèle aux produits français, vingt quatre heures sur vingt quatre, - l'élargissement de la clientèle française. Les entreprises estiment que ces objectifs sont en général atteints bien qu'ils ne soient pas quantifiés. Nous concluons que les entreprises françaises commerçant sur Internet sont divisées en trois groupes selon leurs précédentes expériences sur Minitel."

The first survey was conducted during spring 1997 and the second one was renewed in spring 1998. It is based both on a direct study of the WEB sites and on a questionnaire. The study of the firms, which already have an electronic shop, leads us to some general conclusions. We show in particular that the main objectives for the firms, which have decided on electronic commerce, are mainly: - facilitating customer access to products from home, twenty-four hours a day, - increasing the number of French customers.These firms estimate that these objectives are usually reached even if they are not quantified. Our conclusions are that French firms selling on the Internet are grouped into three categories according to their previous experience with the Minitel."

"fr" => "Dans le passé deux approches distinctes (quantitative et qualitative) ont été utilisées pour aborder le problème de la décentralisation des systèmes d'information. L'utilisation exclusive de chacune de ces deux approches n'étant pas satisfaisante, nous proposons un modèle d'aide à la décision unifiant les deux approches précédentes. Le système d'information est décomposé en trois éléments (Exploitation et Production, Etudes et Développement, Management et Organisation). Une stratégie consistant à analyser séparément chaque composante du système est proposée. Un modèle est attaché à chaque composante, tenant compte de ses aspects spécifiques. Ainsi un modèle d'optimisation est proposé pour résoudre la composante Exploitation et Production. Un modèle multicritère tenant compte des caractéristiques de l'entreprise et de son système d'information est proposé pour la composante Etudes et Développement. Enfin, une approche normative est proposée pour la dimension Management et Organisation."

Pour obtenir un tel résultat, nous faisons appel aux concepts de l'approche systémique ainsi qu'à des outils de modélisation des systèmes d'information. L'approche systémique nous permet d'identifier notamment les frontières du processus à reconfigurer. Le positionnement de ces frontières nous amène à inclure ou à exclure des parties du processus externe à l'organisation. La contribution des systèmes d'information réside dans la modélisation conceptuelle du processus. Cette démarche est illustrée à l'aide d'un cas réel."

Etant donné la croissance de ce marché, l'article conclut sur l'utilité de réitérer cette enquête dans les mois qui viennent pour suivre les évolutions de ce marché et en détecter les invariants."

The firms estimate that these objectives are usually reached even if they are not quantified. Considering this growing market, the article draws the conclusion upon the interest of repeating this survey during the following months in order to keep up with the evolutions of this market. and detect its invariants."
