Abstract

What are the drivers and barriers in the careers of French women today, within the context of the Rixain Act? This synthesis is based on a quantitative study complemented by 15 interviews and 4 focus groups. These women aspire to change the system and ensure they have the necessary tools to do so before either accepting or declining a nomination.
