Healthcare networks such as HMOs are a way to reduce malfunction in the health sector in areas such as organization, education quality and cost containment. They tend to focus on the patient more than on the providers. They imply that providers accept to work together, to share information and to evaluate their practice. The handling of emergency could be similar to a healthcare network if the different professionals involved accept to evaluate their practice.
