Abstract
Gilles Laurent and Bernard Pras, as guest speakers at the Symposium : Rethinking Marketing, indicated the main issues they perceive in research in marketing and the trends which appear most important for the future. Their point of view is based upon their personal opinion and the book they edited : Research Traditions in Marketing (Kluwer Publications, 1994).
