Abstract
The aim of this research is to point out organizations’ learning abilities with respect to their structure. The empirical results show that the project-based organization promotes organizational learning during NPDPs as a result of the autonomy conferred on project teams. Project-based organization contributes to establishing favourable conditions for organizational learning during projects.
