      "fr" => "Ce  texte articule une théorie des organisations basée sur les postulats d'indétermination, de multi-directionnalité et de contradiction des comportements humains dans les contextes organisationnels. En accord avec ces postulats, le texte propose une perspective constructiviste sur les questions centrales de persistence, d'équilibration et de structuration des organisations. L'approche constructiviste est une tentative d'intégration de théories existantes, souvent considérées comme irréconciliables et non comparables, dans le cadre d'une méta-théorie complexe des organisations."
      "en" => "The paper introduces a theory of organizations built on the assumption that human behavior in organizational settings is relatively undetermined, multi-directional, and contradictory. Consistent with this assumption, the paper proposes a constructivist perspective on organizational persistence, equilibration, and structuration. The constructivist perspective is an attempt at integrating existing theories, often considered organisation as contradictory, with in a complex  framework."
