Abstract
The mathematical rationality on which many restructuring operations are based, on the ground of mainly financial logics, shows that their human implications are often neglected or badly appreciated, or even denied. In the context of painful changes for people, a real collective takin into account of the emotional and affective aspects of a restructuring is now crucial. In this situation, the progressive designing of a genuine reorganisation strategy based on a forward-looking approach to human resources management, the implementation of real support in the change process founded on the listening and dialogue and the definition of a real plan are obviously the conditions of a restructuring human and economic success.
