This chapter introduces a new approach of career management, focused on sustainable employability. Co-management between the different stakeholders of the organization is one of the cornerstones of the implementation of the employability. The issues and conditions of the futiure of career management and human resources management are put into perspective, as to the imperative of corporate social responsibility.
