Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the employees’ expectations concerning the freedom of choice given to them in their work by determining distinct and homogeneous clusters of individuals. The results of our empirical research show that such a differentiation based upon the importance attached by people to the freedom of choice can be brought into focus.
