More the company ignore the individuals’ pain, more important it is. This paper relates the design of an intervention before a company retructuration. It does not aim to abolish suffering, but to make in order that suffering was not destructive. It was built according the psychoanalytical theory of the work of mourning ( Freud) and the theory of the transitional space (Winnicott). It must help people to seperate from the past and prepare their participation to the reconstruction of a new sitatuion.
