This paper analyses and compares two e-learning experiments that took place at ESSEC. One was in the realm of higher education, the other in continuing education. These two experiments used e-learning to prepare teaching sessions. Each experiment is comparing pedagogy before and after the use of e-learning. An evaluation is made on the basis of the performance achieved, the resources used, but also on the feelings of achievement.
