      "fr" => "Stradin est un nouveau procédé dynamique d'aide à la prise de décision qui intègre les derniers développements de l'informatique et est destiné à relever les défis des années 90. Cinq défis peuvent être retenus : 1) trouver l'équilibre entre centralisation et décentralisation, 2) concilier les décisions stratégiques et leur application, 3) trouver l'équilibre entre différenciation et intégration, 4) utiliser les conflits de façon constructive, 5) concilier stratégies émergentes et continuité."
