In a global economy, more and more complex, the levels of performance of the supply chain are no more increasing even though we were facing a continuous improvement for several years. Supply chain management is now in permanent imbalance and now more in a relative balance. Then, the supply chain organization have to switch from skills exclusively dedicated to the day-to-day management to organizations able to sustain a permanent reengineering in order to provide the right answers to the continuous structural changes that supply chain has to take in account.
