Comment of a decision of June 19th, 2003 of the Appeal Court- of Paris ruling on the nature of the obligation of advice of a property agent. This decision is interesting double: at first, it intervenes in a subject where there is very few established precedent. Then, he assets that there is no violation of it's council's obligation for a real estate agent to let his customer sell his good to a price much lower than the one who was initially wished.
