This paper explores why and how hotel chains communicate their diversity management strategies via their corporate websites. Due to today’s socio-demographic changes it is vital for any hotel employer to promote and communicate internally and externally his workforce diversity related activities and engagement in integrating employees with diverse backgrounds. At the same time, hotel employers need to put more emphasis on measuring the outcomes and effectiveness of their diversity related actions.
