Abstract
This article shows that for a Decision-Support System to be adopted (and used), one needs to reduce the gap between the manager’s mental model (how s/he sees the world) and the DSS model (how the DSS models it), through deep learning. This deep learning can only be achieved by a combination of upside potential feedback (what could be achieved) and corrective feedback (how to achieve it).
