Furthermore, the emergence of the team-based organization brings up certain questions related to human resources management. These have to do with giving value to the project experience, the logic used when putting project teams together and, more broadly, the career management of the personnel involved in the projects. The aim of this research is purely descriptive. It is to bring out the managerial practices-logics of constituting project teams and career management for project managers-of the personnel involved in existing projects in enterprises that have opted for horizontal organisation.
