Abstract
It is more and more difficult to manage the changes of the firm because there is a growing tension between the needs of “relevance” (adaptation to the new states of the world) and the needs of “coherence” (internal coordination of the firm). The book aims at providing theoretical analysis and concrete proposals on the subject.
