Abstract
In this paper, we intend to clarify the processes through which the enterprise culture, which over the last decades has been disseminating among organizations, become internalised by individuals. More specifically we aim at gauging the respective part of interests and other aspects of identity in this internalisation, and the level of freedom of individuals with respect to the governing objective of technologies associated with the enterprise culture.
