The CS3D Directive stipulates that each Member State must establish at least one supervisory authority responsible for ensuring that all companies that have their headquartered in that Member State comply with their duty of care. In the event of noncompliance, companies will be subject to investigations and, if necessary, penalties calculated based on their global revenue.
