      "fr" => "Cette recherche examine le développement, depuis 2018, d’un startup studio par une banque internationale pour accélérer sa transformation digitale via l’innovation. Elle explore comment l'entreprise évite les écueils d’étouffement et d’isolement dans une structure d’innovation radicale tout en maintenant ses activités courantes. Les choix stratégiques du studio et des dix startups créées suivent deux principes : maintenir une autonomie par rapport à l’organisation parente et se concentrer systématiquement sur le service. Ces principes sont mis en œuvre par des actions visant à gagner en légitimité, privilégier le pragmatisme et adopter une approche de portefeuille pour les clients, technologies et modèles économiques."

It investigates how the company avoids the pitfalls of stifling and isolation in a radical innovation structure while maintaining current activities. The studio's strategic choices and the ten startups it created follow two principles: maintaining autonomy from the parent organization and systematically focusing on service. These principles are implemented through actions to gain legitimacy, prioritize pragmatism, and adopt a portfolio approach in terms of clients, technologies, and business models."
