Biography
I'm an Assistant Professor of Accounting at ESSEC Business School. My research focuses on knowledge-sharing, symbolic rewards, transparency, and feedback systems. I study the effects of management controls on information flows in organizations. I'm interested in inter-disciplinary research questions that emerge at the intersection of accounting, economics, and psychology.
