Biography
Julien Malaurent est Professeur dans le département IDS, et directeur académique des offres ESSEC Online, ainsi que du METALAB, conjointement avec Guillaume Chevillon et Benoit Bergeret.
Les projets de recherche de Julien reposent sur des approches qualitatives (étude de cas et recherche-action), et abordent des problématiques liées aux pratiques de travail des utilisateurs enracinées dans un contexte multiculturel, mais aussi l'ubiquité numérique, et les sujets de la transformation digitale aux niveaux organisationnel et sociétal. En termes de méthodologie et d'épistémologie, les projets de recherche de Julien soulignent l'importance de la réflexivité envers l'utilisation de cadres théoriques et l'interprétation des données empiriques.
