Elle est actuellement directrice acad&eacute;mique adjointe du Global BBA, Campus de Rabat &agrave; l&#39;ESSEC. Auparavant, elle a travaill&eacute; comme consultante en organisation, chercheuse et charg&eacute;e de cours en gestion dans plusieurs &eacute;coles de commerce en France et en Chine. Et actuellement professeur de pratiques de gestion &agrave; l&#39;ESSEC. Du c&ocirc;t&eacute; des entreprises, elle a travaill&eacute; avec des soci&eacute;t&eacute;s par exemple Lux Space, Oracle, Siemens et Etisalat Telcom au Luxembourg, en &Eacute;gypte et en Chine. Elle est directrice artistique expressive, psychodramatiste, nerd enthousiaste, voyageuse sac &agrave; dos... le titre le plus appropri&eacute; d&eacute;pend de l&#39;heure de la journ&eacute;e ! Ses int&eacute;r&ecirc;ts de recherche portent sur la th&eacute;orie des r&ocirc;les, les m&eacute;thodes visuelles, l&#39;improvisation dans les organisations, la th&eacute;orie du genre et de la justice organisationnelle.</p>\n"

She is currently the Adjoint Academic Director of the Global BBA, Rabat Campus in ESSEC. Previously she worked as an Organizational Consultant, Researcher, Management lecturer in multiple Business Schools in France and China. And currently a Professor of Management Practice in ESSEC. On the corporate side, she worked with companies for example, Lux Space, Oracle, Siemens and Etisalat Telcom in Luxenbourg, Egypt and China. She is an Expressive Art Director, Psychodramatist, Enthusiastic Nerd, a Backpack traveller... the most appropriate title depends on the time of the day!&nbsp;</span><span style="color:black">Her research interests are in Role Theory, Visual methods, Improvisation in Organizations, Gender and Organizational Justice theory.</span></p>\n"
