Biography

Noha El Attar is easily seduced by otherness, newness and making things work. She is currently the Adjoint Academic Director of the Global BBA, Rabat Campus in ESSEC. Previously she worked as an Organizational Consultant, Researcher, Management lecturer in multiple Business Schools in France and China. And currently a Professor of Management Practice in ESSEC. On the corporate side, she worked with companies for example, Lux Space, Oracle, Siemens and Etisalat Telcom in Luxenbourg, Egypt and China. She is an Expressive Art Director, Psychodramatist, Enthusiastic Nerd, a Backpack traveller… the most appropriate title depends on the time of the day! Her research interests are in Role Theory, Visual methods, Improvisation in Organizations, Gender and Organizational Justice theory.
