"fr" => "Afin de comprendre le succès d'une expatriation, l'approche traditionnelle de l'expatriation se concentre généralement sur les modèles théoriques de l'adaptation internationale. L'approche psychanalytique semble plus puissante pour éclairer les changements significatifs, apportés par l'expatriation, dans la perception que l'individu a de lui-même et de son environnement. Une étude empirique nous permet de confronter notre approche théorique à l'expérience réelle de l'expatriation."

"fr" => "Cet article examine la responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise dans le cadre de l'expatriation de ses salariés en combinant l'approche classique de l'expatriation et l'approche psychanalytique. Nos résultats empiriques montrent notamment que l'expatriation provoque des changements notables dans les perceptions que les individus ont d'eux-mêmes et la perception de leur environnement. En termes d'implications pour les politiques de mobilité internationale, l'entreprise a la responsabilité de favoriser la prise de conscience de ces changements dans les différentes phases de l'expatriation."

"fr" => "Hypermodernity is characterized by the exacerbation and the radicalization of modernity (individualism, narcissism, refusal of commitment, hyper activity, intensity of the self, feeling of omnipotence/impotence, urgency, immediacy, over-consumption, challenging oneself permanently, globalization, networking, the myth of excellence). This hypermodernity provokes o lot of dysfunctions and disequilibrium at all the levels, with ethical consequences. This paper intends to illustrate how a clinical psychosociology approach in consultancy can take this phenomenon into consideration and try to restore some ethical behaviour within companies. Such interventions are focused on people rather than on organization performance: people suffer of hypermodernity and they are the main actors of change. The objectives of such interventions to permit collective consciousness of the relations between the people, the people and the organizations in their individual, collective and organizational complexity, to restore them as social subject, that means desiring people, able to influence their own life, the life of the others, the organization (and its performance), and society."

Ce dispositif d'intervention a été construit à partir de la théorie psychanalytique du travail de deuil (Freud) et le l'espace transitionnel (Winnicott). J'essaie de démontrer comment une approche clinique basée sur des théories psycho-sociologique et psychoanalytique permet une meilleure compréhension des dynamiques organisationnelles (conflits, blocages, violence, silences...) mais elle favorise principalement l'incompréhension de cette souffrance par les employés eux-mêmes, et rend le changement plus facile. Cette communication retranscrit une intervnetion qui a été un échec parce que le consultant n'a pas porté assez attention au transfert et au contre-transfert."

"fr" => "Les insuffisances du contrat de travail à décrire la nature du travail et du lien à l'entreprise ont poussé quelques chercheurs en GRH à développer la notion de contrat psychologique. Celui-ci met en avant les attentes, promesses et obligations réciproques qui lient employés et employeurs. L'étude des cadres en difficultés tend à démontrer que la dynamique de ce lien a été perverti d'emblée, conduisant à un enlisement complexe des relations et aboutissant le plus souvent à la rupture dans des conditions les douloureuses et parfois même dramatiques pour les personnes. Le concept de contrat narcissique permet d'identifier la nature des alliances inconscientes que les cadres mobilisent pour résister à cette dynamique relationnelle destructrice à l'oeuvre dès l'origine où la non-reconnaissance de la personne, voire la négation de celle-ci sous-tend la relation."

Our research about executives in difficulty tends to demonstrate that the dynamics of this link was corrupted at once, leading to a complex sticking of the relations and ending mostly by the break of the employment contract in painful conditions and even sometimes dramatic for the persons. The concept of narcissistic contract allows identifying the nature of the unconscious alliances which the executives resort for resisting to this destructive dynamics from the very beginning when the non-recognition of the person underlies the relation."

"fr" => "Alors que nous cherchions à comprendre la notion de « difficultés » à travers le discours de managers français, il est rapidement apparu que la question de la reconnaissance était centrale à la compréhension de ce phénomène. Celle-ci pouvait être à l’origine d’une réelle souffrance faite de solitude de sentiment d’impuissance conduisant au retrait et au désengagent de ces personnes. Cet article c’est donné comme objectif d’identifier, à travers le discours des personnes concernées, la dynamique qui conduit du manque de reconnaissance au renoncement à la réflexivité citoyenne."

For most of the managers, the lack of recognition was at the origin of real suffering, from solitude, a feeling of powerlessness and gradually of withdrawal, finally leading to a disengagement with regards to the company but also with regards to the surrounding world. This article aims to understand, through the analysis of the discourse of managers in difficulty, the dynamics which go from lack of recognition, to withdrawal, to renunciation of citizen behavior."

Il en va de même avec les collaborateurs qui ont travaillé avec (pour) l'ancien dirigeant avec ce que cela signifie d'attachement à la personne du dirigeant et aux « façons de voir » et aux « manières de faire » que celui-ci a mis en place au fil des années. Il n'est pas toujours aisé pour le repreneur d'accorder de l'attention et de donner du sens à ce qui apparaît comme des débordements émotionnels, des résistances au changement, quand il attend enthousiasme et performance immédiate. La reprise d'entreprise peut alors se transformer en une succession de surprises (souvent fort désagréables) et se solder par une vaste méprise. Cet article se propose de donner quelques clés de compréhension du processus et du travail de deuil qui accompagne toute situation de perte, séparation, disparition."
