Biography

Michel Baroni, HEC, PhD in management and qualified to supervise research (French Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches), is a professor at ESSEC in the finance department. He is currently Dean of Professors and Academic Director of the Real Estate Management Master's program. He teaches real estate finance at ESSEC. His areas of research include real estate risk measurement, real estate indices, derivatives and real estate portfolio management, and he has published numerous academic articles in the field of real estate finance. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Meilleurs Agents.
