Abstract
The importance of teamwork in any organisation cannot be overstated. The effectiveness of the various teams in a company lays the foundation for its success in an increasingly competitive world. How can the effectiveness of project team group engagement be increased? What are the ideal situations where the group engagement process can be maximized? This research by Anca Metiu explores the macro and micro factors contributing to project team success and performance with a focus on the ‘task bubble’ as a key element.
