"fr" => "Les collaborations entre entreprises établies et startups favorisent l'innovation des premières, mais rencontrent des défis, notamment la distance cognitive. Une relation non-linéaire entre cette distance et les résultats d'innovation est établie. L'étude se concentre sur les mécanismes de contrôle des collaborations, outils essentiels pour gérer cette distance. L'hypothèse est que ces contrôles médiatisent la relation non-linéaire entre distance cognitive et capacité d'innovation. Une enquête auprès de 239 entreprises françaises confirme une relation en U inversé, soulignant l'importance des contrôles pour exploiter cette distance cognitive.
