Abstract
It emphasizes the expectations, the promises and the mutual obligations which bind employees and employers. Our research about executives in difficulty tends to demonstrate that the dynamics of this link was corrupted at once, leading to a complex sticking of the relations and ending mostly by the break of the employment contract in painful conditions and even sometimes dramatic for the persons. The concept of narcissistic contract allows identifying the nature of the unconscious alliances which the executives resort for resisting to this destructive dynamics from the very beginning when the non-recognition of the person underlies the relation.
