Abstract
French law considers that every person is presumed to be innocent till his judgement. But in fact it is the contrary. We try do demonstrate why a person is not considered as an innocent before being judged in France. She is considered guilty and she has to prove her innocence. So a card indexing is dangerous specially when it countains wrong informations.
