Abstract
The question of Ethics returns to the one of the level of management operations control and their consequences. The occidental culture, which is at the origin of contemporary scientistic liberalism, is also at the origin of a desire of exhaustive control on the operations of management. We are demonstrating how an unilateral desire of control is sooner or later against-productive for a good management. It must be supplemented by a demanding approach of the concept of listening.
