Abstract
Very interesting judgement on the right to the image of actor: a picture drawn from a film made nearly 40 years earlier cannot be published in a review not having any relationship with the cinema or the promotion of film without the authorization express of actor. It is a news illustrationd of the “principle of speciality” of the authorization given by a person to reproduce her image.
