Abstract
The Non-Profit Organizations play role an important social and economic role in our developed countries and in the economic development of developing countries. The projects appear to be the paramount way for NPOs to deploy their activity. But classic normative practices and tools in project management (project management office, project structure, risk analysis, methodology or reporting, milestones,¿) are not in use in these organizations. And the academic research is still very weak in the domain of Project Management for NPOs. This paper defines what project knowledge is and shows, through a case study, how project management knowledge develops over time in a NPO.
