"fr" => "1779 expatriés ont participé à une étude qui examine les facteurs associés avec l'intention de démissionner des expatriés. Les résultats indiquent l'importance d'établir une distinction entre deux types d'affectations internationales: les affectations de développement (axées sur l'apprentissage) et les affectations fonctionnelles (axées sur la demande). Selon le type d'affectation internationale, les expatriés diffèrent dans les facteurs qui les poussent et les tirent vers une affectation internationale, les opportunités perçues de progression de carrière à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'entreprise et la volonté de quitter l'entreprise."
"en" => "1,779 international assignees participated in a study that examined the factors associated with expatriate turnover intentions. The results indicate the importance of differentiating between two types of international assignments: developmental (or learning-driven) and functional (or demand-driven) assignments. Depending on the type of assignment, assignees differ in the factors that push and pull them towards an international assignment, the perceived career advancement opportunities inside and outside the company, and the willingness to quit."
