      "fr" => "Les entreprises agro-alimentaires de l'Union Européenne qui ont acquis des sociétés en Pologne et République Tchèque depuis 1990 ont été contactées afin de connaître leurs points de vue sur les risques, les moyens de gestion mis en oeuvre pour y faire face et les perspectives d'amélioration à propos de ces acquisitions. Une typologie des risques a été établie. Plusieurs risques proviennent de comportements opportunistes entraînant des problèmes de tromperie et de chantage."
      "en" => "Western agri-food companies, which have invested in Poland and/or in the Czech Republic, have been contacted in order to assess those acquisitions from the EU acquirers' standpoint: risks that are faced, perspectives of risk management and improvement. Emphasis is being laid on Poland and the Czech Republic. A typology of risks faced by those companies has been made up. Several risks are due to opportunistic behaviors inducing moral hazard and hold-up problems."
