Analyse of two “referee” procedures of June 11, 2001 (Nanterre) and June 12, 2001 (Paris) in which the judges appreciate in opposite ways nature and amount of the moral wrong undergone by one participating with the Loft Story broadcast, whose voluntary “hidden maternity” was revealed by the press people.
