Abstract
Innovation fundamentally depends on organizational capacity to internalize information they are not used to deal with (neither culturally, technically and operationally). They need the right means to deal with “noise” as physicist would say, and transform noise into an accurate information. They at once need the means for such a transformation. This necessity concerns managers as well as organizations as wholes.
