Abstract
Information services, are virtual are becoming more and more important in developped countries. The economic rules in these sectors are very specific, especially because of the existence of increasing returns on scale and technical standards. This has strong consequences on the pace of innovation and on marketing strategies in these sectors, where the credibility of innovations is more and more important.
