Abstract
This article analyzes future young graduates’ perceptions relating to their job search (N=395). The study shows that early career professionals are particularly fond of the Internet to collect data on companies and available positions and also to submit their spontaneous applications. Concerning the selection process, they feel the interview is the only relevant thing, the Internet being just a way to get the interview faster.
