Abstract
The European union is a 25 member-states system including judicial systems coming from the common law, the germanous-roman system and the previous soviet system. At the present time, many questions are raised on the efficiency of each system and a sort of competition is made. To study the EEC competition regulation is a good way to see that those judicial systems can be used to build efficiency and equity, using principles and procedure rules from the French one and ability to interpet from the common law one. Thus, a demonstration can be made that it is much interesting to use what is the best in each system than to oppose them.
