People nowadays assume gender problems are fundamentally understood. The only remaining step would be to achieve real equity between the sexes, particularly based on gender studies contributions. This achievement is by no means certain: the very genders problematic is still to be identified and recognized. Genders relations must be radically examined and questioned to improve gender management inside organizations and companies. “Sexuality and Globalization” presents some insights aiming toward such an understanding.
