Abstract
Knowledge in organizations is built through actors’s subjective interpretation processes. Instruments (especially information systems and economic intelligence artefacts) cannot be separated from organizational action processes in which they are implemented. The processes of economic intelligence require a collective formulation of the key projects of the firm.
