Abstract
The deregulation of the telecommunication sector raises interesting and challenging questions. The main problem is that of defining the goal of deregulation : achieving productive state and dynamic efficiency, promoting fairness, facilitating entry are all possible goals although they may contradict each other. The recently adapted deregulation law is quite ambiguous in this respect.
